I used to have alot of spine mobility and body stiffness issues before seeing Jo.
Jo began my first session by understanding the type of activities I engage in and any medical conditions that I have so that he could tailor the session to relief any discomfort that I feeling. Across multiple sessions he monitored my condition and tweaked the sessions accordingly.
He also gave me advise on the type of stretching exercises I can do to help me improve my condition. Over time I notice considerable improvements in my condition. Thank you Jo!
